Had transmission service completed on my Nissan Altima (fluid change). Mechanic did not replace the oil pan gasket as they did not have one in stock. Transmission oil slowly leaked out and transmission blew out of the car. I called Ross Drummond and he would not offer any assistance. It cost me over 5000 dollars to have the vehicle fixed. I have no hard feeling towards the mechanics that made the mistake but as far as Ross Drummond goes he should have offered some sort of financial assistance. Anyway I will never go back there for any reason.
